A clean, compact seal pit alternative

The POMLock unit supports the overall POM concept of 'simply less, simply better'. It collects the discharge from suction box drop legs and other barometric water drops that would normally be transferred to a sizeable sealing pit. The system is designed to allow for some air removal, using our Cyclo pipe. Eliminating the seal pit frees up space, resulting in a more compact collection solution.

The POMLock unit can also handle a vacuum assist to eliminate the need for height to pull a vacuum. In greenfield mills, this has eliminated the need for a machine basement - saving on environmental permits and construction time.

The POMLock is custom designed to handle all of the suction leg needs of the mill and is engineered to fit a mill's layout and process.
