AFT offers Mechanical Reliability contract services that deliver a detailed mechanical audit of your screening system or recycled fiber stock preparation line. The goal of this service is to identify potential equipment reliability issues as well as opportunities to improve current performance. We work with maintenance personnel to identify issues requiring immediate attention and those that can be managed over time.

This information can be used for predictive maintenance, planning outages, and inventory management. Ideally this is a repetitive service schedule worked out with the customer for ongoing monitoring to ensure that critical components are on-site for outages and that unplanned down time is virtually eliminated.
